Right now I have 4 120 ml glass bottles. Those are fine for mixing in but they don't work well for dispensing since they don't have dropper caps. Other than that I have 3 15 ml bottles and 2 30 ml bottles with childproof dropper caps. I hate the childproof caps. I have a hard time getting them open. Ones actually stripped.
So I need more bottles. I can't decide whether to get 30ml botttles which I prefer over the 15s or 60 ml bottles. I don't have any 60 ml bottles so I don't know if I would like them. I obviously am looking to find some without childproof caps. I have no little kids or any kids visiting my house so I'm not worried about safety.
Anyone have a reason I would like 60 ml bottles over the 30s? Any good sources?

DropperBottles ::dot:: com has good prices. Only problem is you have to buy 100 ct. they do allow you to get different sizes to make up the 100 ct but you have to pay for 100 of the biggest bottle that you order. Cheap prices too.

I like variety too. 500ml. for mixing into. Pour into 120ml. 120 ml. gets transferred to 50ml. bottles for day to day. And 50ml. for pouring into 20ml. bottles for on the go.

All Plastic.

When I fill the last 120ml from the 1/2 liter bottle I get my supplies to make another batch.

Edit...The 500ml are empty PG/VG bottles.
The 120ml. size are empty nic. bottles.
The 50ml. sizes are from long used up store bought liquids.
The 20ml. size bottles I bought from Vapour Geek 5 years ago.

You will probably get a lot of different answers/suggestions depending on what each DIY'er prefers. I am still relatively new, but here is what I do/intend to do:

I started out with quite a few 30ml dropper bottles and a few 15ml dropper bottles. I found that for me, doing a mix in the 30ml bottles seemed much easier for not much additional cost. So my new recipes get mixed at 25ml in the 30ml dropper bottles.

For whatever reason, I held on to many old store bought juice bottles and had a few 60ml and 120ml glass dropper bottles. Now that I have 3 recipes I am good with, I mix a 100ml batch in a 120ml bottle....plenty of room for shaking. For recipes I think I am good with, but might want to play with, a do a 50ml batch in a 60ml bottle.

So, for me, 12 - 18 30ml dropper bottles and 6 each of 60ml and 120ml dropper bottles, all glass. That should cover me for up to 12 "good" flavors and all I need for trying new recipes.

And that is all subject to change! :D

Whatever size bottle you get you need air space for shaking the mix after everything's added. I like the 60ml Boston Rounds I bought from Glass Bottle Outlet. If I want to mix 30ml or 50ml I can do that and still have shake space left. I also mix up a couple of 100ml unflavored batches in 120ml bottles.

Your bottle needs to be a little larger than the batch you mix so that there's space left for shaking, IMO.

I use a 10ml syringe with a long 14ga needle to transfer from the larger bottles. Droppers don't fit Kayfun fill ports or most tanks unless you remove the top.

I get my bottles from dropperbottles.com as well. I get the 100 pack but specify the sizes/quantity I want in the comments when I order. I mix 100ml batches in the 120's, 30ml batches in the 50's & my 10ml testers in the 20's. I usually get some 30's to carry around. The LDPE bottles are reasonably priced, durable, reusable, (probably 5 or more uses so far without issue), and I really like the narrow tips that are included. Of course, YMMV... :D

Size will be dependent on how much you mix at a time and or how much juice you go through. I mix large batches and prefer 120 ml bottles.

I buy all my bottles here Boston Round Bottles | Search | Glass Bottles, Jars, Closures & More | Packaging Options Direct

Caps are sold separately, when you add bottles to your cart it will show you the options for caps that fit the bottles you are ordering. You can get droppers, euro droppers, etc.

The bottles are cheap, shipping however can be brutal. They occasionally run free shipping offers, subscribe to their emails and you will get notification of specials. I wait for free shipping deals and stock up.

I have lots of glass bottles from all over, brown, cobalt blue, polycone top, and dropper. I HATE the droppers. I always make a mess with them filling a tank (OK, not a mess mess, but a few drop on the side, or worse the mod). So I use glass for mixing and storing. Stuff I'm vaping go into 30 ml plastic unicorn bottles that make refilling a 2 second affair (as long as the top cap isn't stuck in too tight).

I don't have any Kayfuns so I can't answer on that one. My unicorn bottles have come from Amazon, one of the flavor vendors, probably Bull City, and some freebies tossed in with orders from VaporDNA. They're cheap, easy to use, don't shatter when dropped, and usually have childproof caps if you have the need for them.

The only issue is they have a fairly narrow opening, but I found little perfume/essential oil SS funnels on Amazon that were like $4 for 5 funnels to fill them with. No mess.

Thank you for your quick reply. Maybe someone else will know if they fit the Kayfun fill hole.

The typical dropper tips like you find on all common PET and HDPE 10 to 30 ml plastic bottles will work with early gen Kayfun fill ports. Trick is to aim for the center and apply pressure.

Haven't tried with the unicorn bottles, retired my Kayfuns before Unicorns came into vogue. The ones I have are tapered and look like they might work using the same "apply pressure" technique.

Rounded tips, like the ones that come on the wider mouth plastic bottles (like the style Capella uses for their 13 ml flavorings) will not fit a Kayfun port. I have managed to fill Kayfuns with this style of tip (push hard into the port and squeeze) but it's messy at best.
