Can't find a reliable source of customized e9 cartridges, please help!

I've even searched this forum and only come up with "e liquid" sources. According to the people who sold me my e9, those cartridges are not refillable!
I ordered my ecigs from ecig.com.
It took them weeks to get me my order and I did not get the strength/flavor/colors I ordered. Nor after two weeks of hounding them were they willing to make up for their error.
So far I can not find ANYONE online who sells e9 cartidges in 24mg strength.
One website seemed to have had them, but sent me an email saying "we are not yet open"!!!!!
Baffling!
Anyone who can sell me:
e9 cartridges 36 mg strength, marlboro flavor (for Marty, who has one lung and needs to quit smoking)
e9 cartridges 24 mg strength, rose petal flavor (for me. I'd like black cartidges too)
e9 cartridges 24 mg strength, menthol flavor (for my girlfriend)

I WILL GLADY GIVE YOU MY BUSINESS!!!!!!!
I'm sitting here smoking expensive ciggarettes that have heavy, burning smoke, leave ashes and butts, and can not be smoked anywhere but in my home, a park or in my car.
I PREFFER ecigs, I enjoy the vapors... but my cartridges are all used up and there doesn't seem to be ANYONE online who sells them but ecig.com, who I WILL NOT EVER USE AGAIN oweing to their poor customer service.

E9 is not well supported, since it is an older model and does not perform as well as many more current models. NHaler.com has some. I think it is the same as a KR808d-2, so you might find something with that angle. On the other hand, if you really like the cartomizer vape, I would suggest a KR808d-1. Better batts, better cartos, all round better. You can get blank ones and add your own DIY juices to them. And there is far more support here for the kr808d-1.

I think you will not have great luck satisfying your specific flavor needs with the e9. GreenSmoke is an E9...but they don't have many flavors, and certainly not what you are looking for.

You could also post on the Classifieds here. There may be someone looking to unload some cartos.
