If you read through it I think they decided it didn't work that well. Doesn't get the caked on slag off the coil. I don't think anything does. I was going to buy an ultrasonic cleaner then decided not worth it after reading the thread. I am tempted to try denture cleaning tablets though. Or I will just throw out the atomizers and start new ones. I only use them to test flavors and drip a couple of thick juices. 95% of my vaping is with cartomizers.

It works to an extent - at least as well as anything else seems to. The problem with all cleaning methods seems to be the baked on slag on the coil. Cartomizers get it too - I minimize it by using clear juices but the coil still degrades even if my stuffing stays totally clean. But at least with cartos they only cost $2 and I can throw one out every 7-10 days and start a nice fresh new one with a fresh coil.
