Can't find menthol I liked

Hello,

I started vaping with a menthol from a local retailer in Wisconsin, after trying other menthols I can't seem to find the same flavor to the menthol and I'm hoping someone can make a recommendation or help find it. The retailer has switched suppliers multiple times and now their menthol is terrible and chemical/citrus tasting, just god awful.

The color was murky, not clear and not the orange-ish color. It had a very cold taste with an almost sweet aftertaste.

This flavor of menthol also was not dry whatsoever.

Any help is greatly appreciated as I've probably spent waaaaay too much money trying different stuff. The retailer also switched the labels on the bottles to show their retail name on them so there was no vendor. I've emailed the owner and he said he's switched suppliers so many times he couldn't tell me what it was. I thought they were trying to make their own but I was wrong.

Hey Polenz - welcome. I'm a noob too, so my advice may or may not be helpful. I was a regular smoker who didn't like menthol at all in cigarettes. I am using Cool Menthol juice from Best Electronic Cigarettes and E-Liquid - MyFreedomSmokes.com. It is light yellow, transparent liquid. I don't know if you've tried theirs but I like it. I'm pretty new to this as well (been vaping for only 8 days), I tried Century 21 menthol and hated it. Then I discovered ECBlend E-Liquids - Something Better. I used their Mint Selector Mints Selector - ECBlend. I ordered Crème de Menthe with menthol & sweetener, 80-20 mix. I love the stuff! They also have traditional Menthol flavors, which I have not yet tried.

Taste is very subjective, it took me months to find a menthol I liked. That was after sampling menthol from many, many different vendors.

In testing so many different juices I've found I love vanilla ... I mix 3/4 vanilla to 1/4 menthol.
May or may not be what your looking for .... all I can say is don't give up! Try mixing a couple of flavors you may be pleasantly surprised with what you end up with. congrats on kicking the cancer sticks!

Welcome, the plume room has a good menthol, it's called menthol type,
I was a Newport smoker for 10 years and this is pretty close in my opinion.

I have tried mixing, halo has kringle's kurse which is almost a slight candy cane mint to it and that is good for mixing on a menthol I bought which isn't up to what I was looking for. Prime vaping has a flavor called chill out which I can't locate on their website, sounded similar to the kind I was looking for. this is going to be finding needles in a haystack pretty soon.

This is common to do with many of the fruit flavors. Adds some zing to a mild fruit taste. Many vendors are known for their menthol fruit flavors, such as Mr. E's Ice line. Mister E's Menthol - Mister-E-Liquid.com and Mister-E-Liquid Products - Mister-E-Liquid.com

I had the same problem.

Just get some E liquid of your preferred nicotine concentration and PG/VG ratio and add about 15 menthol drops per 30 ml juice.

I also add a about 10 drops of lemon. But you can try many other things. Tastes great.

You can make 30 ml of 36 mg juice for about $2...even less for juice with lower nicotine. Paying $10 to $15 per bottle is making someone rich.
