Hopefully this new thread will get me on the right track!!!!
Thank you so much DC2 for your post. I'm so having a major issue with myself trying not to go buy a pack of cigs.
Since April 22 when I purchased my first PV I've only smoked 10 cigarettes. I was smoking a half a pack a day of the 120's before. Which is probably equal to a pack or more of the regular size cigarettes. So yes I have very much cut out smoking the cancer sticks as they have become known as these days. I was so close to buying a pack today it was almost like a war inside me going on. You could just see that little angel / devil on my shoulders. LOL The good side won I didn't purchase a pack but I'm puffing on this 510 like there's no tomorrow. Grrrrrrr!!
As far as the reaction it's almost like an allergic reaction where my skin feels like I've washed with a poison ivy leaf just burning and itching. I get the same reaction if I use certain types of shampoos or soaps. It's mostly felt on my face and eye lids. I don't get that reaction with anything 9mg or lower just the high 18 and above. Call me weird because for sure my body is these days. Getting away from nicotine completely is something I very much want to do.
I'll check into the manual pv and see if that is any better. But the auto 510 I have is awesome for the vapors and works well for good vapors. It just feels like I'm sucking air and then blowing out the vapors. A total comparison to breathing in and blowing out in cold weather. You get nothing but the vapor steam from blowing. I guess at the moment I'm just missing that feel in your throat like you actually swallowed a bubble or something. Okay I told you I was weird so sorry but that's my silly crazy cigarette smoking nicotine addicted life.
First, let me say that if you haven't already you should create your own thread so that people can help you, as there is quite a bit about your original post that could be addressed.
With that said...
You're about to go back to regular cigarettes and you haven't tried a manual battery yet?
I hope you're planning on trying one before you give up.
That sounds very strange, not sure I've heard of that yet.
Are you talking about when you get it in your mouth?
Or when you get some on your skin?
The reason this is important is because you may very well need higher than 18mg strength.
You didn't say how much you used to smoke so it's hard to say, but 18mg is a bit low for many.
Yeah, sounds to me like you need a manual battery.
