So I've been at this for a little bit now and I still haven't found a tank that I'm happy with. So far I've tried:

Phoenix Top and Bottom Coils
Phoenix Ravens
Vivi Novas
Kanger T2s and T3s
Stardusts
Vapeonly BCC Mega

The problem I'm having is for when I'm out. I tend to carry them in my pocket along with an ego twist and at some point, I think from all the bouncing around that happens in my pocket, they will start to leak. For at home use, I don't have any issues with any of them leaking though.

So far, the Vivi Novas seem to travel the best, if I have a way to keep it upright, I've only had it leak on me once because it was upside down for a period of time. The BCC Mega almost did it for me because the battery connection is sealed, which is where the juice generally leaks out of for me. Except out of the box, it often gave me a burnt taste and so I removed one of the wicks as suggested here and now it floods every so often, which won't do when I'm not home.

I'm hoping someone can offer some suggestions to a tank, clearomizer, cartotank, just about anything really, as long as it's something that I visibly see how much juice I have left.

Try a cartotank. They won't leak as long as you handle them properly, set them up properly, and you protect the o-rings that are in the endcaps.

Always handle your cartotank from the battery device. Most cartotanks will fit snug on the cartomizer, but if you carry them in a front pants pocket and pull on your device to remove it, it's "possible" the tank could slide off. I frequently carry my tube mods and cartotank in a pants pocket and have never had one pull off or leak.

For an affordable, quality tank to start off with, I recommend an IBTanked pyrex tank. You can get a complete kit of tube, steel endcaps, drip tip, and the appropriate pre-punched cartomizer for $25. I currently have seven of these and I did a review of these tanks here:

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/blogs/baditude/3318-3-ibtanked-pyrex-glass-tanks-review.html

I have done a cartotank tutorial here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/blogs/baditude/3710-5-cartomizer-tank-setup.html

I've compiled a list of vendors that sell pre-punched cartomizers for tanks here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/blogs/baditude/3295-2-sample-list-vendors-selling-pre-punched-single-coil-cartomizers-cartotanks.html

I've been looking to purchase a few of these but the complete tank for $25 has been out of stock for quite some time

If IBT is out of stock on the complete tank set-ups, you still have the option to purchase the Pyrex tank and end cats separately. If I can recall properly, the difference is you will be lacking 1 pre-punched cartomizer, and a drip tip.

Oroblram, if you enjoy using clearomizers, I highly suggest trying the Kanger protank. If using a clearo, the protank is my preferred clearo. It has a glass tank, which you are seeking for visibility. In addition, the tank is Pyrex.

I trust you find everything that you need for a great vaping experience.

Check out 505 vapor, their large and small tanks "complete"(no drip tip) are $21 and are glass. I ended up purchasing a couple a week or so ago and they are a solid tank. I have them on my provari and they do hang over the sides a bit but I think they look great. I took them into a local b&m store last weekend and there was a ton of interest.

I haven't stepped into the tank world yet myself (still happy with clearos ATM) but I just got done reading on this forum and I believe it might be what your searching for. It'll prob be what I get when I finally do take the step into tanks. :) http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...s-forum/339809-do-you-fiddle-your-thingy.html hope this helps, happy vaping! :vapor:

I've looked at the Kanger Protank previously but I don't see how its any different than the Kanger T3. Is there something I'm missing?

Get a J-Tank if IBTank does not have it in stock. They are comparable in term of price and are pyrex also. Carto is better than clearomizers. Just that you have to prime your cargo. I never carry it in my front pant pocket as the tank size is wider in diameter than the clearomizers so it is harder to fit. There are many good tanks out there and they don't leak.
