cant get my adaptor back

i uasally try to take care of problems privately but that didnt work in this case,4 weeks ago i sent ps a broken 510 v2 adaptor,the second one,for replacement,casey was nice and told me they will get one right out,after 2 weeks of waiting,i pm casey, told her i didnt recieve my 510 replacement adaptor,she said get back with me friday that just past ,i did i ask if it was possible to have the adaptor shipped out priority,she said sure but you have to pay ,ok,no problem,but for ps to do the priority mail i have to buy somthing then have it shipped priority mail,bull....,since last week i have put in a pm to casey,to cashe and 3 emails to pure smoker,nothin nobody got back,ps seems to be fine and dandy when things are going there way ,but when its not like these stupid crappy switches and adaptors,things are different,i have no clue how ps handles other peoples complaints but i do know what there doing to me,and it sucks,and this is all over a 2 dollars adaptor,i want my dam adaptor,even send back my broken one,just do somthing,,k9frog

K9Frog, I'm sorry that this situation has still not been resolved. As I explained privately, the adapter was mailed, and it is likely lost in the mail. (Wouldn't be the first time). We left for Vapefest on Friday morning, and I'm just getting to even look at tickets today. I have no intentions of leaving you without an adapter- we just weren't in the office on Friday. I answered your PM on pure-smokers.com.
