Can't get my banner to work

I put in in using the code for forums, and it doesn't work. I get errors saying that there was a censored word (i've tried using 2 different banners from different sites, neither work) and I also get an error saying that I put in 2 images, and only one is allowed. (only pasted the code in once)

I can add the banner to sig pic, and insert sig pic, but the banner doesn't update that way. What do I need to do to get the silly thing working? Is there a secret to this that I don't know?

I deleted your current signature because it is returns invalid code from the server that hosts it. Once you fins a sig that works for others and you like, make sure you get the BB code from that sever and paste it in your signature box, don't use the html version from the banner server.

The code must have gotten stuck in there or something. I couldn't see anything in my signature, it was just a blank box. I tried again using the banner from the smokewithoutfire site but it apparently hates me. So I tried a different one, and it works. Thanks!!

annah,,banner is working but it you didn't fill the number of cigs smoked per day or the amount for a pack of cigs,,,so those numbers on your banner are still at zero

I did actually fill it in, apparently the banner is just defective. I just tried again, and got the same thing, $0. I'm swiping yours, hopefully that one will work.

ETA: That would be a negative, it just came blank, and wouldn't show anything. I guess I need to find some threads with banners again, and try a different one.

smoke without fire is blocked at server level because their server was compromised and serving malware. If their server admin contacts us and satisfies us that the situation has been rectified and proper steps taken to prevent its recurrence, we might consider unblocking them.
