This is a weird one.
Earlier today I went to change the coil in my tank, and it wouldnt wick, even though immersed in the same juice I had in it a minute before and working well. Ive tried 2 other wicks and still the same issue. It also has been topped off. Im getting airflow thru the coil.

Ideas?

I had almost the same issue. I use VV spinner battery and I was finding that the connector pin inside the battery was depressed down to far to make contact with the coil. clean out the terminal on the battery and try prying the pin up a little bit. screw on the tank and see if it works. If that doesn't fix it, pull the new coil out, the rubber cap (seal) you will see 2 cotton wicks sticking out the side if they are still white then the juice is not getting to the wicks. Sometimes that rubber cap/seal gets pushed down too far and cuts off the flow to the heating element. Lift the rubber cap/seal so it is not directly on the wick, if you lift it too much juice could leak. I've heard of people pulling some of the wicking material to get to extend further, but Im not to keen on doing this. Also, if the coil isn't seated properly it will not make full contact with battery causing the issue. Finally your coil could just be a dud use kanger replacement coils only, generic brands have known to have their issues.. Hopefully this helps Happy Vaping
