cant get the passthrough to work.

i bought a usb passthrough from TW cuase i heard there products are the best quallity but i cant seem to get the thing to work. tried sticking the battery in both ways but nothing. Does it need to charge or something? if not ill just trash it and buy one from somewere else.

I bought the USB passthrough from TW last week for my Titan 510. I noticed that when I first plugged it into the USB port, I wasn't getting much vapor.
I left it in for a couple of hours to fully charge and it's been working great since then.
Perhaps, leaving it plugged in and leaving the computer on will help you?

Yeah dude i thought that was the problem then i noticed it was getting hot so i thought it was ready. still nothing. so i looked inside the plastic around the battery was seared(sp) off and then i noticed the plastic around the black case were the batt goes started melting.

WOW. It shouldn't get hot. In fact, I leave mine in 24/7 and there is absolutely NO heat. I'd call TW and see if they can replace it.
