cant get the passthrough to work.

I bought the USB passthrough from TW last week for my Titan 510. I noticed that when I first plugged it into the USB port, I wasn't getting much vapor.
I left it in for a couple of hours to fully charge and it's been working great since then.
Perhaps, leaving it plugged in and leaving the computer on will help you?

WOW. It shouldn't get hot. In fact, I leave mine in 24/7 and there is absolutely NO heat. I'd call TW and see if they can replace it.

I know on most items, they say there's no guarantee, but it's worth a try (especially if you're a repeat customer).
