Cant post in eVic forum for AVP model specific discussion?

I don't see any special rules attached to the eVic forum, but for some reason cant post there? (Have more than 15 posts)

I have a problem with my eVic that I can't find a similar thread on and wanted to see if anyone had experienced the same thing.
