Been ordering from madvapes for about a month without a problem. I talked my brother into ordering 2 510 kits for him and a friend, and they didn't receive the usb to battery cable in either kit. My computer won't let me open a ticket, and calling only gets me a machine. Does anyone know another way to get in touch with them???

Been smoke free for just over 5 weeks. I have 2 friends that had already been vaping, so I had some help getting started. Can't believe how easy this has made quitting!! Thanks for your help, I am new to this forum.

I think I will. Not sure how I would have gotten answers otherwise. Kind of sucks he spent $80, and can't get started vaping. I am a huge fan of it and am already leaning toward flavors that don't taste like cigarettes. Never thought I would be saying that!!

For now I have the 510 mega kit from madvapes. Considering some mods, or experimenting with making my own. Hoping to find some good suggestions on building them eventually. So much info on here to go through. My one buddy has a chuck, and the other has just bought the provari. Just not sure I want to spend that much money.
After reading here or lurking for a month.. I purchased a provari.... because I read lots of people spend money on regular ecigs and eventally graduate to a VV mod like a provari... So I decided to save some money and get the best in my opinion a provari and just skip all the middle experimenting... There is tons of info on this forum and lots of awesome people here to help..... I love this place.
Someone just posted about the same issue you had and got it resolved. They were able to get a ticket.

Hoog posted a link on my post in their forum. Took me straight to where I need to fill out the ticket. I am certain it will be taken care of. Thanks swedishfish for helping me get started.
As a brand new vapor I had a lot of questions and mad vapes answered every one of my ticket questions the next day
