cant unscrew any of the tubes or connections of nemesis

none of the tubes would unscrew ,and top or bottom button wouldent either
end up cutting my hands open on it
got fed up and used a vise grip but ,why is this happening ,its brand new and almost positive all set up right

Was it dropped? Has juice gotten into any of the threads? Once you take it apart try some petroleum jelly on them. Work it in good.

I'm not sure if you are asking how to unscrew it or why this is happening.

If you still can't get it to unscrew you might try putting it in the freezer for a short time and then try again or lube the seams with ejuice. The ejuice might get into the threads a lube it.

As for the why this is happening I can't say.
