Capella flavors % help

I have cacapella strawberries and cream ,, watermelon, sweet tatangerine

flavor west - pure memthol

TFA. Sweetener, vanilla swirl and burbon

what % can I use on their own ?

what flavors can I mix at which %

any help appreciated

The Capella's single flavors I'd start at 10% that seems to be a percentage alot of people like. When combining aim for 10-15% total unless you like very flavored stuff then I've seen people go closer to 25% total flavoring. Its better to start low and increase to taste as well as sampling all flavors individually first is a good way to assess each's strength or weakness to your palate.

Also with the sweetener if its sucralose to me its very strong--- I only need 2 to 4 drops for a 30 ml when I use that so use it sparingly can always increase to taste.

I've always been afraid of the "too much flavor = no flavor" thing.

HOWEVER, with my recipes I always end up adding more flavor ... and they end up being around 27% flavor.

It's all up to "individual" tastes. I happen to like my juice strong. ​
