Thanks guys because this stuff is so new to me Im going to make single flavors and see. My rules in starting around 4% then adding as needed.

Should work out nicely. I'm sure the Apple pie would mix well with CDS as well.

Ok mixed Cinn Danish at 5% and tried a little. I really like it but there is hardly any after taste. Plenty of taste when you pull it though. Wondering if I should go more flavor. It seems a little light for me right now. Or does a couple of days steeping really help?

I remember reading a while back, that when the flavor was just about there....step away and let it steep for a couple of days.

If the flavor is perfect right after mixing....most of the time it will be off after it sits. But then again....this is all from reading. :)

Yea that seems to happen in either a good or negative way lol. Letting this sit for a couple of days before upping any flavor. It just seems very light like it could use a vanilla base or something to make just a bit heavier. I will say this was my first flavor from Cap and Im enjoying it very much. I cant wait to mix up the rest but I need more bottles to do them all lol.

I agree with Str8, they're not like other flavor manufacturers and all over the place as far as potency. Most are pretty much the same and can easily be mixed between 10-20%, rarely lower unless you're a super taster and very sensitive to flavors, which you would already know if you are by now. I agree that letting them steep does more for the flavor than the strength, except for chocolates. They'll get quite a bit stronger as they sit.

all the Capella flavors I've tried (mostly fruits) have made clear juice - :) which I really like.

do the bakery flavors have any coloring?

Some of them are a bit darker, but still a lighter amber color. The chocolates are the only dark ones I've come across. They all make pretty light colored juices from what I've made so far. None are nearly as dark as a lot I've gotten from vendors.

I also just made the Apple Pie, Vanilla Custard and Fudge Brownie all at 5% for now. Will let them sit for a couple of days and see how I like it.

Anyone try their bubble gum? Is it like the pink gumball gum?
my thoughts are that you're gonna want the vanilla custard to be up to about 20%. That's where the flavor really started to come through for me. The brownie is very strong, so 5% may be ok, but it was still good at 10%, just stronger.

I got Klua & Cream and Pralines & Cream on my last order, both are dark with Klua being the darkest of the two.

Anyone used Cappuccino, Espresso or both? I've been using FA Espresso for my coffee vape due to the lightness in color but would like to try one or both of these on my next order if they aren't dark.

One thing I wanted to mention to people new to Capella. Their flavorings are so exact that adding multiple flavors can actually throw them off and make each flavor not stand out as much as you would think. I've found most of their flavors are very good as a single ingredient and by just adding EM for body. At first I was trying to add ingredients like I was cooking and none of my mixes were turning out. They were good but not fantastic. Some flavors can me mixed and come out fine but others will actually cancel out some of the other flavors. I'm not explaining this very well but as you experiment we can talk about it more.

Appreciate that, Gooddog, I got my pg and Capelllas late Saturday and have five 5 mills made up at 10%, trying to leave them alone at least until tomorrow before trying them. But OMG French Toast, Chocolate Fudge Brownie and Strawberry all smell magnificent already! I figure I can add em or whatever after I try them solo. :) If they need it!

That's exactly how to do it. Now if others would just follow suit their results would be much better with less frustration. Once you've sampled all of them and determined the best % of strength for each you can mix a couple together at whatever % you think sounds good. Those 5 will give you many variations to try and they'll be to your taste. Just be sure to take good notes if you alter any of the original 5 so you can replicate it if you mix them together.

You are going to love the french toast! That stuff is amazing. I was vaping it so much that I had to make a no-nic batch just for the taste.
