iBob,

Please keep us (me) updated on the tank's performance. I bought a couple of its predecessors and got some leakage and many dry burns. I REALLY want to find an 'Iffy-approved' no filler tank! I also don't want to be a baton twirler to keep the wicks wet...

Thanks for the reminder. I did play with vinegar a while back on some so-so premixed juices. Some it did nothing for, but a couple it did improve. Will experiment while I wait for the mailman.

Meanwhile, I've been vaping very happily all day on a simple 15% raspberry.

" The reason I suggested acv to Morgan is that she was missing that 'fullness', body, whatever you want to call it...In MY experience (and I'm not looking for an argument here please...) especially with the Capella custard/buttery type flavs, a couple of drops per ml makes a world of difference! Some feel that EM does that for them, and I'll occasionally use it but for me the acv is the difference between a good flavor but it needs something...there's almost a hollowness to it, and a mmmmmm...smack your lips, now THAT is good juice."

Peaches andCream is very good Definitely fresh peach taste (read sharp citrus). I made up a mix of that with some Vanilla cream and some sucralose and it was so good I'm making a fresh batch right now. The taste varies with the equipment used for vaping. Originally I was using an 808 with polyfil carto and it was very good. Later switching to an Echo 1300 with echomizer cartomizer the taste went totally away. ::sigh:: Live and learn

I can only taste the peaches and cream above 4 volts. At 3.7 I only taste a sweetness.

Capella's sweet strawberry smells just like Frankenberry cereal when sniffed right from the bottle (Like a exact match) it also was the only one I was able to mix and vape fresh! Toasted Almond was good too but I am kinda lost on the Vanilla Custard,,, I was unable to taste it mixed from 5% + 10% + 15% almost like there's nothing there and I know many of you love this one! I smell it I taste everything else but not the Vanilla Custard so I am letting all 3 Batches sit and see what gives...

I had the same problem with the vanilla custard not great as a stand alone or for immediate gratification at less than 20% for me. The bottle I mixed up at 15 % was a little better after a week but not as a stand alone. Try adding EM or tart and sour if steeping doesn't bring out the taste.

Glad to help. And you are so right that Sweet Strawberry is the bee's knees right out of the bottle.

I've never tried it as a standalone, but strange that I can taste it at 1 drop/5ml being the guy that uses FA from 5-15% lol

OK CK  It just goes to show as mentioned many times on this thread everyone's tastebuds are different. There is only one or two flavors by FA I can use at even 10%.

I get my Capella's order today - woo hoo! I even dreamed about mixing them last night lol. These are the flavors I got:

Vanilla Custard
Apple Pie
Blueberry Cinnamon Crumble
French Toast
Cinnamon Danish Swirl
Banana Split
Vanilla Cupcake
New York Cheesecake
Graham Cracker
Chocolate Fudge Brownie

I don't even know where to start! maybe CFB or BlueberryCC hmmm?

Wow...that amazes me as to me waffle is one of the most flavorful. My flavor-less is vanilla cupcake. I finally got to the point I can taste it, but to me it's nothing special (and yes, I know it can be used in a mix).

I also agree about keeping it simple and holding off on the additives for a bit in the beginning. However...;) The reason I suggested acv to Morgan is that she was missing that 'fullness', body, whatever you want to call it...In MY experience (and I'm not looking for an argument here please...) especially with the Capella custard/buttery type flavs, a couple of drops per ml makes a world of difference! Some feel that EM does that for them, and I'll occasionally use it but for me the acv is the difference between a good flavor but it needs something...there's almost a hollowness to it, and a mmmmmm...smack your lips, now THAT is good juice.

I too use tart n sour if I want to make fruits 'pop' (though I prefer plain ole lemon juice) but that's not what she was looking for...she said so ;)

I first tried it with vanilla custard...just plain old vanilla custard. It's one of my favorite all day vapes, but it just had that hollowness...added acv and it became thick, full....rich tasting. Same with the cheesecake...and French Vanilla...and....;)
Depending on what works for you (if EM does it, bravo! By all means use EM) acv can make all the difference. Just offerring an opinion...and alternative :) One size doesn't always fit all....

same for me but my flavorless is waffle and van cc....I am still working on it tho....can't let a flavor beat me...lol...but then again I always have bud problems so I blame them...:p

Wow...this is really interesting how our individual taste buds perceive the same flavors isn't it? I get a lot of flavor from van cust at 10%, but usually go to 15% for that perfect standalone fullness. Never gone over 15% on any Capella!
10% is my max with any FA...usually 5% is plenty.
Tobaccos..much less of course.

Kinda makes you wonder about listing absolute percentages of anything. Suggested starting points yes.... ;)

I totally agree on the FA. Cyrus vapes high VG so I'm not completely shocked he needs a higher percent of FA. Amount of VG and tastebuds are really going to factor into each person's ideal amount.

I vape the custard with the french vanilla, EM and a small amount of marshmallow to soften it as my Vanilla vape. I do believe it can be fine as a stand alone with the ACV as you suggested or perhaps a couple drops Tart and Sour. Nothing wrong with wanting and creating a simple easy beasy vanilla vape.
