Captain Jack is one of my favorites. I don't get any alcohol flavor- just raw tobacco. A bit harsh with a great throat hit. I get 24mg, and don't steep...
Tried it out today from the 7ml bottle @ 12mg nic.
Probably due to the lower nic level but throat hit is okay but not strong.
Flavor is pretty spot on though, it really does taste like raw tobacco and so far its definitely the best for that type of flavor that I've tried from Halo.
