I have tried caramel flavor from two different vendors, and both had a...uh...wrong taste to them. I realize that taste is subjective, but these didn't have that warm, sweet, smooth soft flavor I was hoping for. Instead, I got a sharp, chemical taste that didn't even remotely remind me of what I wanted. Caramel is just sugar that is starting to burn (over simplified, I admit), so I'm really surprised that they both missed the mark so much. Anybody have a suggestion as to where I can find a top-notch caramel?

I never found a caramel that was anything like caramel taste until I got some Tasty Vapor Caramel Apple in a trade. It is excellent in my opinion, not sharp. Mine is sweetened, 24mg 65/35 pg/vg, and I drip it. It might be the higher vg that helps soften it too.

After I read your post I had to go get some out and have it again! Good luck!

Well, that makes a difference. I was going to stop by a local store (which I really want to stay around for my own benefit) and tell him that how his juice wasn't doing it for me. I guess ill cut him some slack. This is the first juice I have bought from him. As a business owner myself, i feel really strongly that I should get my stuff from a local guy's physical store. By the time I pay shipping, it ends up justifying his slightly higher prices. Plus he is a good guy. I was disappointed in this "caramel coffee" flavor, but I guess I'll buy something different next time. Maybe this time I'll listen to his suggestions. Serves me right.

I've tried a couple of carmels and also a butterscotch. They have a "turpentine" like taste to me. Guess I'll stick to the fruit juices.

I DIY and can tell you that you need to remember that plain caramel is bitter. Try to find a caramel candy flavor if you are looking for a sweet caramel candy flavor. Sounds a little crazy I know but I went through the same thing that most of you are going through when I first started vaping and this is what I finally figured out. Good luck to you all :)
