VAPEMAIL will be sent tomorrow and will include the 3 juices(Grant's, Bryce's, Dillinger) I posted here as well as 2 others(one is strawberries & custard-may need a bit more steeping). The other is CLS which to me, is very bland & I see no comparison to the Grant's. But who knows-maybe you'll like it more since taste is indeed subjective. I'm sitting here on my day off enjoying my Frankenvape thanks to you!!!!

Let us know what you think after you try 'em all! Annnnnd....ENJOY!!

I bought 2 custard type flavors recently, but they don't really taste like custard to me.

I got a 15ml bottle of Big Willie's Custard at 50/50 and 12mg nic. I use mostly clearos and pro tanks. I haven't tried it in a Pro tank yet, but in a clearo it tastes like a mild vanilla and black pepper! Not like custard at all. Maybe it needs some steeping.

I got a 30ml bottle of Jimmy the Juiceman's Creme Brulee in 12mg nic. I know that it's supposed to have a little banana flavor, but it doesn't taste like custard or banana to me. It has a fruity flavor, but no creaminess, burnt sugar, vanilla or anything else going on.

I can pick out flavors of other complex juices but these have me stumped. Are my taste buds just dulled to custards which must be more subtle in flavor?

She's a peach, is she not? :)

I'm vaping nicotikets cls right now. I received the package today at three o'clock. I immediately opened it and dripped some on fresh cotton. I really only could taste a not so sweet Carmel.
After speed steeping in a warm water bath with some occasional shaking. And about five hours left opened in a shoe box. I cannot believe the transformation that's happened already.
I works at a cafe and we make custard from scratch frequently. And this juice now tastes exactly like custard to me. How he captured all the different subtleties of custard I'll never know. But I do know I love it.

Anyone know where to get some Big Willies custard? Any store that has it instock?

The only place that sells it online is Giant Vapes, or his Facebook page. Giant Vapes is a new outlet for him, so he may be backed up a bit as I've seen less response from him on his FB than before he signed on with GV.

There are some B & M's that sell his stuff, but obviously you would need to live near them to get it. I would see about contacting him on FB to get some.

you just do not know how happy I am to read this. I get a plastic ky taste from so many juices that others love CLS, Deadly Sin, Gambit..going to remember this and ASK before I buy. Wonder if they will tell me?

Most custard juice makers will use AP as a substitute for Acetoin or Diacetyl...from what I have read this can produce a somewhat plastic-y note.

In my book any choosing to knowingly vape Diacetyl, Acetoin, or Acytyl Propionyl should be an automatic candidate for the Darwinian Award. And what of those who knowingly sell without disclosure? They should be criminally prosecuted. Unquestionably. Are you stupid? My $.02.

Apparently one too many martini's has forced me to speak the truth. But, if it saves one of us the requisite lung transplant (the only known cure for obliterative bronchiolitis), guess it was worthwhile.

I don't vape custards anymore - but this coming from someone who was presumably a smoker who knowingly inhaled about 4000 carcinogens seems a little harsh....just sayin'

Fixed that for ya...

as far as OB, the amounts of Diacetyl that are produced when AP is vaporized is very, very small. If someone is uncomfortable with that amount of risk, then by all means avoid vaping it. But as a substitute, many feel that the risk of health effects is low enough not to be concerned. Compared to environmental exposure to other compounds that are just as dangerous at those levels, each person should decide what they want to expose themselves to.

Sorry you think those who don't see a great risk as worthy of extinction.

Willie's wasn't a "custard" flavor to me either... at least not the kind of custard I'm familiar with.
It was more of a butterscotch flavor.. didn't care for it at all.

Could be what you vape it in...I hate butterscotch, but didn't get that from Willie's. I have read reviews suggesting that maybe the recipe has changed, so depending on when you tried it, it could be that too.

It was within the past month and IIRC I tried it in a protank.

Hmm. The last time I had it was Oct last year. I've been meaning to get more but keep finding others to get. I'd like to see if he did change the recipe. Before it was really eggy, and I got a bit of nutmeg, not butterscotch.
