I have a quick question on the battery Did you simply fill the connector with solder and the wires or was there something else going on?

I just cut the heavy wire off the connectors and soldered 20g wire to them. I can unplug the battery if I want to change it without having to desolder anything.:)

That is a 65-130 c-rated battery so it can handle 780 amps burst or 390 amps continuous. It has the lowest internal resistance of any battery I have tested. I'm not sure where you got the 1.2 ohms from unless it's actually milliohms, on my cheapo meter it tested between 6mΩ and 1mΩ or 0.006Ω and 0.001Ω. Ohm listings on a battery usually indicate the batteries internal resistance and has nothing to with an atomizer.

BJ here is some switch trickery I did with the CF :D

I got some light touch thin tact switches a while back thinking to use them in a pipe build for a lip activated switch. Then I got playing around with an old MVP case, dna, and some 3M Carbon Fiber Di-Noc sheet.

I have too many projects going on right now and I can't find a battery solution that I like so I have put this project on the back burner for now, but I wanted to show what I think actually turned out and works pretty dang good.

Here is the tact switch I used - EVQ-Q2B01W Panasonic | Mouser

Here is where I got the 3M Carbon Fiber Di-Noc - Chrome, Stainless items in Pillar Covers store on eBay!

I epoxied the tact switches in cutouts in the MVP case so the top square portion of the switch was even with the outside of the case, and the little rubber activator nub stuck out proud just a hair.

Then I cover it with the 3M Carbon Fiber Di-Noc.....and magically the switches are gone. You can just barely feel the nubs with your fingers, and can typically find them without activating the switch.

Here it is in action

That's awesome. What's your invested cost minus the dna20 chip?

Hard to calculate.

The Box with resin, fiberglass, and CF about $4, mostly carbon fiber.
510 connecter and battery charger $2. Bought in quantities from FT and ebay.
Switches $4
Screen frame $3.50
Battery depends how many mAh and C rating $15 to $30
