I didn't do a real inventory, but I'd guess somewhere between 700 and 1000ml of pre-made e-liquid, and I just got into DIY'ing, so there's a gallon each of PG and VG, 1500ml of 100mg nic base, and about two dozen different flavors.
Care to divulge how many ml you have stocked?

Trying to keep in mind that I: Don't do my own oil changes, color/cut my own hair, paint my own nails but I would consider doing this? I've lost it!
I saw your post about wanting to start DIY and I recommend this to everyone I know, because it is THE CHEAPEST I have found it. I ordered a Liter of 10mg (Nicotine) base shipping and everything was a little over $25.
They ship from USA and I have put in about 4 orders with them and they all arrived in about a week, now I don’t recommend their flavor concentrates (I have had bad experience with their flavors not tasting any good)

Also it's very simple, If you get the base with a reasonable amount of nicotine (0-24mg) all you have to do is add flavor. So when I make some juice all I do is take a syringe and fill it up to around 14 ml and put it in the bottle, then I put around 8-10 drops of flavoring (About 1ml), shake it up and its ready to go (I don't steep).
You can add however much flavoring you want, I just add 1 ml because I don't like overpowering flavor.

I would just say you started a few weeks before I did.
You can buy 1 liter of 100 mg/ml for anywhere from $114 to $140 which comes out to $11.40 to $14.00 for 1 liter of 10 mg/ml (Although I have no idea why you would want to buy 10 mg/ml nic).
Try Wizard Labs, RTS Vapes, My Freedom Smokes, or Nude Nicotine.
I vape 10mg so that’s what I buy, I don’t cut it down, it goes straight from a big bottle into my 15ml bottle then I vape it. It's a lot more convenient.

I was thinking if I got 1 liter of 100 mg and I had to cut it down 10 times to get 10mg I would have to get 10 liters of Plain VG. So that would be 2.64 Gallons of VG to cut it down, VG is about $20-30 a gallon so $52.80-$79.20 for the VG.
So for the 100mg base and the VG would be $166.80-$219.20 which would be about $16.68-21.92 (Before Shipping) per liter, so it would be about the same price, just without all the hassle of cutting it down before using it.
That does seem pretty reasonable for the extra convenience. I was just thinking in terms of stocking up.
1 liter of 100 mg/ml will last me 5 years. It would take 10 liters of 10 mg/ml to last that long. That's a lot of storage!!! After all, PG and VG can be bought as needed anytime.

I guess its give or take.
You either buy 10 liters of 10mg (Or whatever you vape) and it take up more storage space.
or
You buy 1 liter of 100mg and cut it down as needed.
Either way you’re giving up something, whether it be TIME or SPACE
So I guess choose what you have more of TIME or SPACE and go with that option lol

I'm getting a little excited here. I can order 60/40pg/vg and 6nic all in one bottle. That would be ideal for me as no cutting down or anything complicated. Just put it in bottles and add flavors.

Keep in mind some flavors only take a couple drops which doesn't impact nic much.
Some flavors take like 20% of the volume and noticeably impact TH.
I started with the 8oz, but when I got it I was excited and starting mixing all kinds of flavors and it went pretty fast lol

Now your talking. You can always add a little PG if TH is to strong.
If lazy, you can dilute by ear if you starting nic is safe concentration.
Working towards having a year supply of juice on hand.
How much liquid do you have stashed?
6000ml / 60mg (60mg because it's a bit safer to work with) .. and I mix down to 6 - 8mg nic strength .. at my age, it's probably a lifetime supply .. decanted into blue glass 250ml bottles, wrapped in tinfoil and frozen at 20 degrees ..
