Clutching at straws indeed! Anything the ANTZ can use in their war against ecigs, however tenuous, misleading, ridiculously nonsensical, or simply fearmongering, can and will be dragged out and repeated as often as possible. This particular strategem, though, is so completely over the top, so ridiculous, that I wonder at the mindset that thinks it might be effective. But I suppose fanatics don't, or can't, think that far ahead...

P.S.: I'm watching a flock of ibis pecking at the lawn outside my window as I type. Will never again see them without thinking of the "other" definition!

Its a silly argument, the ANTZ are holding on to every last thread of rope they are swinging from. It is another topic we will have to fight and educate people on. I can see some local governments with a misguided opinion on this. We have to dismiss the untruths like we have been doing for all the others. The ANTZ are quickly running out of arguments. Wont be long now.

EDIT: I may add: For the sake of regulation and further arguments on this topic, it would be helpful if at least our US vendors would stick to e-cig related products. It would be nice to have the ability to dismiss SOME of the concern by stating that our vendors take this matter seriously and don't support the sale of the OTHER products in question. I know we cant tell businesses what to sell but, this could hurt them in the long run. Sometimes the fast dollar isn't always the best dollar!!

I try to keep up as much as possible on FDA and casaa and such. And I am curious to know why casaa was not involved in the same meetings as the antz to which the linked article is speaking about.. I would think that casaa would of really wanted to be there and maybe they did but for reasons unseen they couldn't?..

Not only are the atomizers and heating delivery different between the two, so are the vaping styles.
Medical users are the ones that don't exhale .... ever....or until they're blue in the face...

plus, depending on their pain, they're not chain vapers either.

I'm sure it also has a telltale smell, even if muted.

Perhaps someone, Bill Godshall?, can speak with CaNORML then educate the idiots who are determined to run the lives of others.

I have a few (very few) friend with medical problems who live in that world and know more about it.

People have been tampering with cigarettes and cigars for that purpose for hundreds of years, and such tampering has grown a lot in the last few years.

So, we're back to...the ANTZ want us to be required to light things on fire.

There is an extremely well done documentary I'd love to share here if it were acceptable with the rules to do so. It amazes me how so many things are exactly the same, especially the demoralization, fda clinical studies and big pharma..

Well...

Pew Research's recent Poll shows that the majority of Americans now support the legalization of ..... for recreational use.

So... That tactic by ANTZ may very well backfire... as evidenced by what just happened in California
