Ok, so for months now I have been running a spring mod on an Ego battery using blue foam as my filler. Works great, carts last FOREVER I literally only need 2 carts for a whole day or so of vaping.

Last week I ordered and received new juice from FSUSA and I really like the taste and consistency, however, using the same setup I have been using, my filler goes dry while there is still liquid in the cart. This doesn't make sense to me since FSUSA juice seems to be thinner and cleaner then the liquid I normally use, so it should absorb faster right?

I can't figure this out for the life of me and need some help. I want to enjoy this new juice.all day long but after a small number of puffs all I taste is wick and I have to adjust my cart again, Please Help!!!

Gee 10 days and no response ! Did you get it figured out yet ? My first thought is you're vaping too fast and the juice does not have a chance to wick down. Can give it a light thermometer shake to move juice down...or don't vape so fast. The juice needs juice to wick down and if you empty the bottom out it leaves the rest in the top.

Yeah, I've tried a number of things from adjusting the amount of filler I use at the top, to tapping the cart to get the juice to wick, and pretty much anything else I can think of. The whole thing has honestly led me back to analogs because I simply don't have the time to mess with it or the money to go back to cheap Chinese juice or do any trades right now. It's kind of frustrating, every once in awhile I will just drip onto my atty and top off my cart because I love the taste but that only lasts so long. It's sort of a drag, I guess maybe I should try a new mod.

I have been filling my empty cartridges with a fluval material. Each cart will last 2 days, refill with juice once or twice a day. Considering how cheap the fill material and liquid is compared to analogs, I am ok with swapping for a new cart every other day, have 10 pre stuffed and ready to fill.

Every other day, pop on clean atty's & cartridges. The yuk taste has me trying this method, seems to be better for me.

Toss the old material, put the empty cart aside and clean and refill with new material when I get a chance.
