Not sure which ones do Paypal; have a look at their individual websites to see, or maybe someone here who pays thru Paypal will chime in.
I've used the following juice suppliers, and never waited more than 4 or 5 days for any of them: Cignot (very fast !), Nhaler (try the Drewbacco for a pretty good tobacco flavor), Tasty Vapor (very popular vendor, huge flavor selection). There are many others, but these are a really good place to start.

P.S. Tasty Vapor doesn't do sample sizes, but they are a favorite of many on this forum.

I disagree with you. I'm not saying they should ship free. And I'm certainly not saying they should raise the price of juice to make up for shipping costs. But charging actual shipping for a 1oz bottle isn't too much to ask. $5 to ship a $10 product, that only weighs 1oz isn't just expensive, it's robbery. I'd be happy to pay shipping. Actual shipping. Even a fair extra charge for "handling". But we're talking about $5 to put a bottle in an envelope. No extra packaging. No padding. Stick a 1oz bottle in an envelope and put a 50 cent stamp on it. $1 shipping would be fair. $2 would be double fair but I'd still keep my mouth shut. $3 would be way too much, but I'd still pay it and suffer quietly. But $5? Insanity.

The flat rate for priority mail is what it is, and the companies selling supplies don't set those rates. The companies from which I've ordered *are* charging actual shipping--priority shipping. What you're arguing for is a first class option.

Priority mail envelopes and boxes are free from the post office, so if a company decided to ship first class instead, they would either have to add in a handling charge to cover supplies, or they'd have to add that cost into the price of their merchandise.

Shipping weight for a 1 oz bottle of liquid will be a bare minimum of 2 oz since the bottle and packaging also have weight. So, at $1 shipping for first class mail, businesses would lose part of their profit on every order. First class mail costs $1.39 for two ounces, the envelopes would no longer be free, and since the post office makes it more convenient to mail things priority, it can be quite a bit more time consuming to mail packages out first class. Also, there are additional costs for delivery confirmation on first class mail that can be gotten for free with priority. As a consumer, I occasionally wish some of these places had a first class option. However, if I were a small business owner, I'm not sure I'd deal with the hassle.

And frankly, the company that sends me a bottle of eliquid in the mail without any padding is a company that will never receive my business again. Items frequently get damaged in the mail, and eliquid is dangerous. I would prefer to see bottles shipped in zip top bags and well padded to protect them from damage and help control spills if they are damaged.

5ml will probably only last you a few days. I would also suggest Tastyvapor.us they have really good flavors. They are sold in 30ml bottles but you will most likely need a lot of liquid anyway.
