hmmm is the battery stuck on something? what batteries are you using? I know the plastic liner in the battery sled makes for a tight fit, and it's possible if your battery has a wrap on it that's too thick, it might not be sliding all the way. Any way you can post pictures?

So I got mine today and am happy with it so far. I was a tad nervous ordering without being able to pick out my color but I love this one!
