Carto 2.0 ohm question

Hi I have a ibtank with a 2.0 smok tech cartomizer
Just curious what would be the highest wattage does everyone think they can handle without a burnt taste I've been running them at 9.5 watts but I feel like I wanna try it maybe at 11 watts but don't wanna burn it out also I am using bobas bounty as my ejuice in these

Play with it and see how it goes. Just take one drag from each new higher wattage setting. If it tastes bad, then lower the wattage.

11 watts on 2.0 ohm is about 4.6 volts. The normal recommended voltage for that resistance is 4.0 volts.

I used to use 2.0 ohm Boge cartos. I found if they were working well I could take the voltage up to 5.5 with no burning, so 15 watts. I was using 50/50 juice.

I always ran my IBTanked with a 2.0ohm SMOK carto at 4.2 volts on my ProVari, which works out to about 8.8 watts.

I switched to a Killer 705 and it doesn't matter anymore.

If I get a burnt hit, I just back it down and keep on vaping. Of course with the new Kayfun collection, even the Killers have moved to the back of the Bus.

Those power charts are just starting points and mostly setup for clearos. Cartos will generally take a lot more power successfully. In the end, starting low and then increasing in small increments until the vape is slightly burnt is the only way to see what power range you really have with that device and that juice.

I usually like 8-9 watts the best and sometimes 10.
