I was refilling one of my new red wow cartos and was prying off the white cap. I was not carefull. I was having trouble popping it off and pulled harder. I got the white cap off and found I pulled the wire up and spread it out. I gasped oh no i am so stupid....


I pushed it back down and tried to use needle nose pliers to make the wire loop closer. I tested it and it still works. I can not believe it. I injured one of the poor guys but he is hanging in there. seems like no issue at all.

I got lucky........

Snow's O-ring offer is awesome generous, but I find if I just lick the thing* before inserting it, the O-ring stays quite content.

Chesterwiz, I feel your pain. I've done it a couple of times. Either that or I'd snag poly on the end of the implement that I was using to remove the mouthpiece and yank it out. I've switched to drip tips and have solved that problem.

As for the rest of these comments. For shame. I'm gonna need to wash my eyes out with bleach.
