Hi
erischilde!
My advice is to go with the cartomizer - specifically, with the 510 cartomizers that Jack has. They're made by Boge & have pleased me from day one since I became a vaper. In my opinion, they're the best cartomizer that Jack has at the moment (though when he gets the LR 510 cartomizers in...that may change!)
Some of the benefits include: no primer fluid; easy to fill & a much longer period of use before refilling is needed; each cartomizer comes with a brand-new atomizer built in; more affordable than separate atties; simpler than separate atties (your e-cig becomes a two piece
device instead of a
three piece).
There are some things to note though. Because the cartomizers are manafactured en masse...every now and then you'll get an overstuffed one that's all wild & unruly or where the coil isn't centred...or (less frequently) one that's a dud (doesn't work at all). But most of them are really good - good enough that I've kept on buying them.
The key to enjoying them is to keep them wet. After filling them, I usually poke my blunt-tip syringe through the hole in the centre & wipe the extruding tip clean, then wipe the syringe tip length clean & repeat once more...to ensure that no
juice will leak from the connector end. Once done, you have a wet carto ready to go. Jack has the blunt tip syringes in a 4 pack for only $1.99 too, so yay.
I wrote more about cartomizers here, you might want to give it a look:
