Carto tank mods -how are they different?

Ok this is probably a lame question, but how are the carto tank mods different from each other, outside of cosmetically? Arent the carto and the punched hole the deciding factors on performance?
Let me know what my tiny brain is not understanding!...

You got it!A couple of tanks have fill holes with a plug or small screw,maybe a little different tubing or diameter,thats about it
But its gotta look good too

Does this tank work on a Lt? If it does what carto should I get. I like 4.2 to 4.6 range.

most any tank should work on the LT. With the LT, you need cartos in the 3ohm range to be able to vape them at the voltages you stated above.
