Tripple digits half way to home
Last night when I went to bed I placed my pv's on the nightstand just like I always have. Everything was fine. This morning I picked up my vmax with a ST drilled boge carto in a 25mm IBTank. Tried to vape and it felt like it was plugged up. Not to get into the ordeal of all that happened next, when I got to work and got some time, I took the drip tip off. The air tube is not clear anymore. I tried to blow through it and Just very little air passes through it. Is it possible for the air tubes to colapse?

Lately there have been issues with Boge and ST cartos. Sometimes it helped if I CAREFULLY put a hairpin through the airway and gently pulled it in and out- amazing the amount of gunk that would come out. Another sign the airway is collapsing is it begins to "tilt" to one side at the mouthpiece end and the airway is not centered.

Wouldn't use compressor air unless it's got at least two water traps on it. Some of em create way to much oil to use on vaping equipment. If I would have slowed down the pull on the canned air trigger it might have worked. Just remember that air compressors are running oil and create water when they are working.

Sorry, I meant using an oil-less air compressor.

I lol'd on the compressed air can. Glad to see you got it sorted poking out the gunk. Tanks are just held together with orings though so one thing to keep in mind is when putting pressure that might push a cap out always keep the cap backed up to avoid making a mess. When filling I like to grab the tank but the bottom cap with the drip tip or filler tool in my palm and draw the bottom cap in with my fingertips letting the palm put pressure on the drip tip. This holds everything together and breaks the seal on the carto/orings.

Hehe, I am the IBTanked GUY :) I make everything and do most of the PR/Tech and the Girls (The Mrs and The Offspring) handle the store. IBTanked as a business actually belongs to my youngest daughter and we are hoping to build it into something nice for her future. Its kind of funny in that she has never had a real job, she is young but old enough that she should have by now but with us living so rural and the economy as tough as it has been since she graduated school made it tough for any young person to enter the workplace so this has really been kind of a blessing for her.

There is a thread in the Suppliers forum about fiddling your thingy that I stay up with and is a good way to post anything someone wants to make sure I see. Fiddling you thingy really is the best way to fill a new carto or juice one up that might be going a little lean from not wicking as fast as you are vaping. This was found out quite by accident when I was placing a filled tank in a thingy to drop into my pocket as a spare for the day I noticed a bunch of bubbles come out of the hole int he carto and thought... hey now, lightbulb moment you know. The thingys were already named that by the girls simply for lack of a better name so it was almost like kismet the way it all fit together and fit in well with the propensity of vapers to be a little naughty at times in describing their vaping activities.

Really neat that your business is a family affair.

A link is alway appreciated here for lazy people like myself. ;-)

Love your tanks. I recommend them here quite frequently. The slim and XL tanks are the perfect size for my needs. They seem durable (no mishaps yet) and I love the multi-colored acrylic endcaps; they make it easier to distinguish my different flavors. I have 5 already and I'm sure more are in my future.

Can you comment on the pyrex glass that you use? Although it is not as thick as what some other vendors use, it actually seems more durable in my experience. Material or treatment specifics?

Sorry, here is the link to the thingy thread. Like I said I keep an eye out there and get notifications to postings so I wont miss anything. This is a big forum and its easy to not find your way back to a thread, plus I am still not quite sure what I can say where but that thread I know I am pretty much free to discuss anything in along with offering any help folks might need.

I will post an answer to your question on the pyrex over there.
