carto top-off question...

Yes, I guess I'm lazy How does everyone top off their carto on a manual passthrough? Is it ok to just pop off the drip tip and drip in? Or do you take the carto off the passthrough, insert a plug in the battery end, and then drip?

Always best to remove the carto, insert a plug then drip. Keeps your threads clean and keeps gunk from getting into your air intake holes.

Oh...I should've also added best to shine a light through the battery hole or hold the carto to a light and make sure the air tube is free of any juice just in case.

i'm afraid i'd get more juice down the airtube if I don't at least take off the drip tip...but good to know there's someone else looking for the lazy way LOL

If it's an emergency and I'm at a red light with only 30 seconds to refill in the car, I just tilt and drip Jbmcdan sir... Otherwise, what Snow sir said...

i always take the carto off the battery - too paranoid that i'll kill the battery...
