Cartodryer for 510?

Hey guys,
I was looking for a quick and easy way to dry my cartomizers. I did see the Cartodryer which looks like an excellent idea:


The only thing is it is only for 808 carts, and I have 3x 510 ecigs lol, 2 I haven't even recieved yet, they are still being shipped to me, lol. I almost ended up buying an 808 just so i can use this nifty dryer, and no I am not gonna stick my carts in the oven, and I'm too damn impatient to wait for them to airdry overnight lol
It says on the website not to use adapters on the dryer to try using 510's on it.

Does anyone know of a similar product for 510 carts?
Can I were to get adapters and start using 808 carts on my 510 ecigs? And will it effect my vaping experience in any way?

I've tried ordering the cartoblaster but their checkout doesnt have australia for delivery address

So anything else out there I can use to dry my carts?
I've thought about buying canned air, but the fact it will be depleted on a regular basis makes me not want it, lol

ok thats a great idea can you just use a 510 to kr 808 adapter to thread it into the threads of the carto dryer ???

Well it says not to use an adapter so you can use 510 cartos on it. So I wanna know can I use kr808 cartos on my 510 batteries.

Also, looking for a good cleaning method. I tried boiling my Blu cartos yesterday. Today they are dry, but when refilled there is no vapour though I can still taste the essence of the smoke juice. I tried 2x with the same result, so ended up throwing those cartos away.

I have a carto syringe cleaning setup on the way, but till then, what the best way to clean them without ruining them?

Living in Australia, we are not real big Turkey eaters, therefore it is not easy to find Turkey basters in the shops

Also, I read about someone using one of those ultrasonic cleaners/steralizers to clean carts, is that method any good? I'd like to get some feedback before I spend $60 on a unit.

I did find a solution for quickly drying my carts. Funnily enough it was invented by someone on these forums.
I saw it on a youtube vid, its called the "Taryn Spin".

After soaking in hot water, I attached it to my lanyard and swung it for about 30 seconds. Cart was dry and I was able to start vaping str8 away

Nice idea but you can't use adapters or use it with DCC's because they will be too long and not fit in the bowl.

my friend says vodka works the best at cleaning cartos ... but at $ 1.50 even if you use one every week its still better than what u would spend on the nastys...lol... a nasty word rite there...smokes...

That's a neat idea. Looks cheap and fast. Whenever I've cleaned a carto, I've flushed it with a syringe and warm water till it runs clear.. blew it out, stuffed a bit of paper towel in it and left it for a few days.

You could also try a hairdryer for a few minutes. I've not tried it.. just thought about it. If I get a carto to last at least a week, I figure it's done it's job and toss it for a new one.
