There are more coming, but probably not XL for now.I'm always listening! First the Delrin Beveled/Slant cap idea...I actually had plans to do it and then reality got in the way! With the SS, taking that much material away and making the bevel isn't a problem, because SS is so strong. But doing the same slant to the current Delrin cap just leaves too little material strength in the cap for it to be a sound design.
Also, I hate to continue the buzzkill, but there is no acetal rod (Delrin) that is food-safe that comes in Grey. The best alternative would be a clear Anodized Aluminum that is media blasted beforehand. 6061 Aluminum comes out looking like a matte grey finish when that is done and is it also strong enough to handle the Beveling. In addition, it is very lightweight and costs about 20% less than SS, even with the anodizing costs. So there are no downsides really. I had already planned on doing a batch on a trial basis and have about 110 caps at the anodizer getting Class 3 Hard Coat (best grade) currently. Some Black and some Clear will be done with some beveled in each finish also. So we'll see how those are received to start out and go from there.

Cartomator tanks do not have o-rings that touch the carto. They have o-rings that secure the caps to the tube.
thorn are you thinking about the first VPX CE2 tank? Those were press fit in the delrin caps, but that was a while ago!

That's odd I never noticed that before on mine but wouldn't ya know it, there it is.
Ok, Tanks are packaged up and heading to Nhaler tomorrow, so figure Wednesday-ish for SS standard cap tanks and Delrin tanks.
Slanted caps are being milled tomorrow and the two-tone SS tubes are already milled and finishes being done as we speak. So this stuff might make it by the weekend, if all goes well.

There should be enough stock there to wait it out for one giant order! I think it's somewhere around 200 tanks, but then again...we have good customers like you buying a handful at a time!

I'm going to venture out and try a tank out....been dripping ever sence I started vaping.
So my Q is what are the differences in sizes, I see there's a mini and a XL, is there a regular? Also which cartos can each accept and not? Thanks and sorry for the noob question
