cartomizer consistency | burnt throat (ouch)

Picked up 5 Smoktech dual coil cartomizers and ran into a problem with one of them. The issue is the cartomizer heats up too much. It vaporized the liquid to such a high temp that I ended up burning my throat, which took a few days to clear up. Anyone else had that experience before?

It would be nice if they could regulate some quality control with these devices for consistency, and to avoid injury.

DC cartomizers burn pretty hot. Maybe you can try switching back to single coils.

Many people find that 1 or 2 cartos out of a pack of 10 that are duds.
