I recently purchased these: https://www.madvapes.com/Refillable-510-Cartomizers_p_2481.html.

There's a little rubber stopper at the top for the mouthpiece. When I take this off, there's a little straw looking hole and then filler that surrounds this. When I fill this with E-juice, the juice just drips out the bottom where it screws into the battery, lol. Is this normal? Or, is it supposed to be already screwed onto the battery when I'm filling? It hits good atleast.

I use the method 'Squid suggested find I get better results with an added step: I push the tip of the paper-clip into the carto between the filler and interior wall and gently pull the filler material toward the center, away from the wall. This limits flooding potential and the filler absorbs the juice from the bottom up so I can use the carto right away without waiting for the juice to soak down into the carto. I can typically get close 30 drops into a fresh carto with no waiting for it to settle and no gurgling juice to suck into your mouth.

It takes a little dexterity but after some practice, it's pretty easy to manage the paper-clip & carto/PV in one hand and drip juice with the other.

Of course, I can't find them now but there are several videos on YouTube that demonstrate this method.

On another note, if you prefer cartos and shop MadVapes, you may be interested in the new 510 Mega Cartomizers. I have a 10-pack on order and can't wait to check them out!
