I'm sure he didn't post that thread on this subforum because its a review and he'd want more people to see it where it is :)

Though, I'm sure it would be nice if it were cross-posted here as well.

I didn't mean that particular thread. And I didn't mean it negatively. It's just that he is so enthusiastic about the MaxxFusion (understandably so!), but I don't recall ever seeing him post in this sub-forum. I guess I was just wondering why someone who is such a fan hasn't joined in the fun here. But again, I'm not saying it's a bad thing that he hasn't. And I admire his wanting to let as many people know about the MaxxFusion as possible.

Heya Leaf - well, then - that begs the question: is there the potential that this >NEW< as of yet unnamed juice-man going to consider PG/VG blends? I say this because I found that juice from V4L (Dekang, right?) my original supplier was simply too harsh being 100% PG and all. Just curious - I do really like the Kamel from Bloog though I have not been able to reproduce this flavor with any commercially available juice suppliers...

I see in your sig that you use BWB juice, which are all 70/30 PG/VG mix. I have a bunch of it on the way. Does it work well in refilling Bloog cartos? I was thinking I might have to cut it a bit to get it to vape well, but his flavors come so highly recommended I had to try.

Hey ya'll! I didn't post in here cuz I didn't know to do so!!! Just learnt about this thread doing a search on my nick...

What!? Bloog doesn't use Dekang anymore? My bad, if not then, who?

Welcome PapaBloog. I’m so glad you found us. I started with V4L and switched to the Bloog MaxxFusion on launch day. I remember you starting to post (as djorgens2 ) just a few days after I ordered the MaxxFusion and I completely agreed with your opinion about it. Thank you for the remarkable job you have done of getting the word out.

Now that you know about this sub-forum I hope you’ll drop in from time to time. Nice to see you here.

Hey Frick, there's nothing better than a Bloog MaxX Battery, a >new< MaxX carto out of the pellet wrap, and BwB juice. With that said, I spent a lot of time and $$ looking for a solid, US-based supplier - bottom line is that since I found BwB - my search ended. Word of caution, however. When I first tried BwB I thought to myself - 'Not again...' The tastes are very complex and may take a bottle or two to understand. If you don't like it at first, set it aside for week, try again. I think you'll be very surprised and satisfied with the results.

The most important thing I realized in a juice is performance and consistency. The 70/30 blend offers these qualities and is not nearly as harsh on the throat without sacrificing performance, specifically on the MaxX cartos. I was a V4L (Dekang) user but, funny thing was, although I liked their pre-filled WOW cartos - the cartos didn't last me a day on a single fill and didn't last longer than a week of total usage before they burned - and the juice just wasn't the same as their prefills. I wasn't able to find consistency which I feel is paramount - I mean, really, how often did we switch analog brands? For 25+ years, I smoked the same cigs day in and day out.

BwB is a smaller vendor who is now having to deal with a ton of demand and a new faithful following. Reminds me of the Oreo cookie story and the 'don't fiddle with my middle' ad campaign. When sold in Asia, Oreos were not very popular until they removed the creamy middles - after which, they were very successful. I see the same thing happening here in the States - where the Asian market has adopted a taste for 100% PG liquids, Americans are opting for something sweeter and softer...

So, no - you won't have to cut it to make it work with the Bloog Cartos - the two were a match made in heaven. But please, as soon as you've had a go with BwB - let me know your thoughts!

Hey Slim - every time I see you post I hear "Heart of Glass" in the far reaches of my mind...! If the pic is you, you're a spitting image of Deborah Harry !! I posted under my original nick of djorgens2 initially, until someone razzed me in another venue (a member of MOD squad trying to peddle "e-cigs" that resemble mufflers or coffins, I can't remember which) - he called me "Grandpa Bloog" - well, since I'm not a grandpa (yet, and hopefully not for some time...) - I donned the nick Papa as kind of a joke to spite the Modder...! Funny stuff, really, but now, the name stuck... ;-) What's even worse, is I get so many PMs from people buying Bloog that my schedule has been really, really hectic. They think I'm related or something (sorry, Leaf, prank gone awry)...

Problem is, I have so many other folks that are now converting to e-cigs - I mean really, hordes of folks - that demand for Bloog has resulted in 'out-of-stock' -- :-/ Mebbe I should've toned the rhetoric down a notch or two 'til my family and friends were on board first? Not!! This product is truly the bees knees!

Thanks for the reply. I figured 70/30 would be okay, but so far I've only cut some 50/50 with PG in a "add a drop or two at a time until it works" kind of way.

I know Don at BWB is having some issues fulfilling orders. I got lucky and got an order in; it should be here tomorrow. I've heard it's a good idea to let his juices steep since he makes them on-demand, so I may have to wait for a definitive review.

I ordered some 50/50 juices from my freedom smokes and i have to drop quickly and screw the cartomizer onto the battery and puff immediately to get it to work. If I fill the cartomizer and let it sit for a minute it just doesn't work at all. :/ I have gotten pretty good results from halo which i believe is 100% PG. Torque56 from halo is pretty good on a blank cartomizer. I have found its a little sweet so i drop a few drops of Marlboro from my freedom smokes into the cartomizer with torque56 and its pretty nice and somewhat tones down on the caramel sweetness.

Thought I'd follow up on the juice from Backwoods Brew, since PB asked for it.

I got the following, all in 18mg:
Virginia
Maxboro
555
Cherry Tobacco
Maple Tobacco

Happily, all five vape very successfully in MF cartos. Not a burnt taste to be found.

My favorite so far is the 555. It's actually pretty similar to MF 555, and that's a very good thing in my book.

The maple is very...maple-y, a bit sweeter than I'd expected. A couple of the others are a bit 'perfumey', but I've been told they need to steep for a week or so to lose that, so I'm waiting. The 555 is great right now, and I've got enough to last.

Thanks for the recommendation, PB (I think half of ECF is recommending Don's juice). It works great in MF cartos.

Thanks for the follow-up Frick - of the 5 you got - 4 are pure tobacco tastes - each need at least 7-10 days steeping to mature. The 555 is a fan favorite and everyone I shared it with - instantly became a BwB lover - I keep a few ml's around - Casablanca is my favorite followed by the cappuccino blends - caramel cap being my fav of those. The longer I vape, the more I find I don't like tobacco blends ...

Anyway, drop me a line in a week or two after your BwB has a chance to steep?

I second the use of BwB juice in the MF Carts. I get a good throat hit, for me, and excellent vapor. And the flavors are excellent.

I recently received the Maple Tobacco and found that while I could taste the maple there was definitely a certain flatness to the taste. So, I am letting it steep for a bit and will revisit after a week. I fully expect to taste a fuller, more complete flavor then.
