Cartomizer Question

So I bought a few 510 carto's to try and with the help of a few here figured out how to fill them. My question is this is only for when I am out and about I drip or use carts most of time, being that I am not going to completely empty this in one sitting if I want to top it off how do you know how much to put in? Do you just fill slowly till you see a drop forming on the battery end?

Which cartos did you get? Were they the new Genuine Joye cartos that need to be filled with a syringe, or the standard white cap cartos?

I've got a Drip Tip on one of my Std. 510 Cartos and when I notice it burning a little hot, I 'top it off' with 10 or so drops (while rotating on an angle). Since these tend to hold 17-20 drops, I have never had one leak.

Jimbo, good idea there, but I am assuming heis using the GenJoye cartos that are filled with a syringe and not a standard 510 carto. If that is the case, then I am a little curious as to the solution myself since I am almost exclusively using these now and have not had the chance to refill them yet.

Well- what has worked best for me is refill with about 1/2 to 3/4 ml. I slowly push the juice in, and pull a little extra out.

Also, when refilling do not push the needle into these *far*. You can crush down the wicking and that ruins the carto. Just insert the needle enough to clear the fill port.

use a syringe to insert through the mouth hole of the carto. Slowly fill it up, but do not overfill and flood it.

I would SLOWLY inject until you see a drop forming on the battery end like you said. When that happens, just back out the syringe a bit to get some of the excess back. You can also stick the needle in down the cavity in the side of the carto and draw some more juice out if it was really full.
