Cartomizer question

Stupid question, but since I am not familiar with cartomizers and haven't been able to find the answer on the ECF I will ask it.

Do cartomizers fit all e-cigs or do you need a batt adaptor... example (SB in 510, Screwdriver in 901 and 510, Tornado in 510)
Would love to try but don't want to buy another device right now.

And who has the best selection? I assume they are re-useable but do they go dead in the same time a regular 901 or 510 atty does?

Cartomizers (808 size) fit 901s so a 510 would require a a 901 adapter. Your screwdriver example would work as-is.

V4L (Vapor4Life) is probably the favorite source for cartos.

That should get you started but I'm certain more experience forum members will be of greater help.

Cartos have been know to last from anywhere between 1 day to several months. I guess it just depends on how much you use it and don't dry it out and burn the filler material inside. At 3.7v you should be able to get alot of use out of one.

No quite true I'm afraid Michael. Whilst they fit 901 threads, Cartos need a breather slot or hole that most 901 devices lack on the atty fitting. The 901 SD will not work "as is" with Cartos. (Some "mods" will, for example my Super Six will take Cartos on its 901 fitting)

This "cartomizer adapter" from nhaler.com will allow cartomizers to be used on any 901 thread. It has an air hole in the side, down towards the battery-thread end. I have one and it's a solid no-fuss piece of gear that just works.

I got five cartomizers with my first order three weeks ago, two I haven't even used yet and the other three are all still working.....refilling two or three times daily.....
