So this is the second tank that has a carto stuck in it and I can't seem to get it out!!! Anyone have any tips or tricks? This was my back up tank.

I bought another one this past weekend and it won't stop flooding my carto and when I try to blow out the excess fluid, it leaks non stop...

Another one was ordered online 3 days ago but the website says 5-6 days to process.... I just don't have the the will power to stay off cigarettes without vaping .. help?

Edit:
Both are single coil SR Boges. Left one is pre punched and one on the right is punched by an employee.

Also the one on the left, the top section doesn't come off. >_<

First, I am just guessing at this. Are you using Tank Cartos? These are specifically made for tanks and "may" be slightly smaller in diameter than regular cartos (just a thought). Second it appears you are using regular sized cartos and most tanks use XL cartos, specifically made for tanks, most are prepunched, but many are not and you either slot them like I do, or use a carto punch. Third, in the picture you posted, the image on the right seems like you are attempting to remove the carto from the threaded end. You need to remove the carto from the tank by pulling on the threaded end so that the clean end pulls through the tank seal.

Finally, If I am totally wrong, perhaps the cartos you received are not sized correctly (defective). These things are MASS produced and quality control is probably not the best. Obviously, something is amiss with the size (diameter) of the carto or the diameter of the tank seal. Good Luck.

If you have like a 1/2 in socket from a rachet set. place your carto base on top of the socket on a hard surface and tap with a hammer or other heavy utinsel the carto will come out.. The socket will raise up the carto bottom off the table enough for you to tap it out giving you a strong base to work from..

I'll try the hot water then the hammer... It's not a glass tank so it should be fine. Does this happen often? Twice in a week for me! This is a total bummer!

1. I believe they are tank cartos. They were all bought at B&M's and I was holding my provari with a tank on it. Also, except the one on the right, all of them are pre-punched. (pre-punched means it's for tanks right?)

2. All the cartos I own are XL, minus 1 pack of 5 which are XXL.

3. I've tried pulling it out of the threaded end and the seal came off. I've tried pushing it out, thread end and pulling it out tip end. Either way it just won't budge. T___T

I believe you are right. They can't be the right diameter cause it's really jammed in there. >_< Thanks for the heads up. I'll be sure to ask if they are carto tanks before checking out.

It won't help you right now, but for the future order a Slap Yo Moma tank accessory tool from Big Daddy Vapor. It will give you more leverage to push a tight fitting carto out of a tank. There are other tools out there claiming to do the same for a cheaper price, but I strongly recommend getting the real deal.

Slap Yo' Mama Adapter : Big Daddy Vapor

Using some e-liquid as a lubricant can also help pass a tight fitting cartomizer through endcaps. I also recommend using laser-drilled cartos instead of tool-punched carts. Tool-punched cartos end up distorting the carto from round to oval-shaped, sometimes to the point of difficult passage through tight-fitting endcaps. I have a huge list of vendors selling laser-drilled cartos here:

Well, I tried hammer, I pliers, I've tried hot water and boiling water. I believe it's stuck for good. But I was able to use 1 end cap of a leaky tank and the body and the end cap of the right tank in the picture and create a Frankentank. ^0^

ah well. just picked up a fill tool from valleyview but I'll probably end up picking up one up from bigdaddy... *sigh* I'm such a vape hoarder. ^__^

Thanks everyone!
