Dual coil cartos take awhile go get going. The longer you use it the better it is. But you really need to keep it filled because they burn fairly easily if you aren't careful. And they do take a lot of juice on first fill.

If you've ever used a clear dual coil you can see a lot of dry spots in the carto. It needs to be filled completely and even roll it on it's sides a bit so the juice is absorbed all through the carto.

As swede noted, Boge 2.0s work quite well on the ego and they're easy to use. My go to carto now is the 2.4-2.6ohm XL Deluxe Fluxomizer from Gotvapes, but they require a minor bit of modding, are not as easy to refill, and can leak out the top if left on their side, so they may not be the best thing for the beginner (lol, like I'm an expert now with my 50-some posts:facepalm::D).

Its all what you prefer. I like the ce2 clearomizers (aka fluxomizers) and the visions. The visions are larger than the ego battery though but a snap to fill.

I am going to pick up some of the Stardust clearomizers from GV and try those out. I really like the way the intigrate to the ego's, and they look super easy to fill.

I have tried the boges, and still have a box of them, but personally I couldn't stand the filler tye cartos.

I am also new & have been using the SmokTech eGo Mega Dual Coil E-Cigarette Cartomizers. They hold lots of juice & seem to work quickly - give plenty of vapour but don't seem to last past a week. They were roughly $2ea so for a week - that isn't too bad. They're great for taking outside/in the car etc. I would search youtube & net for the new eGo-C - this may be the better solution.

All i have been buying lately is smok ego mega dual coil cartomizers and i fill them with a syringe making it quick and easy to fill and use. It holds a ton of juice and produces tons of vapor!!! I got mine from madvapes and they tend to last a couple of weeks. I only had one faulty emdcc from madvapes but they were 2.30 a piece on sale. I couldnt be happier!!! Good luck!!!

i love my smoktech dual coil xl cartos (1.5ohm/1.6ml) especially the clear ones. never had a problem with any of them so far and they've lasted me for weeks, although i tend to cycle between 5 different flavored filled units. dirt cheap, so far all of mine have averaged less than 1.25 though the various sales and though this forum swap thread.

although the echoE dual coils (2.2ohm) are nice as well, and have a built in skirt to fit the egoT batteries.

i think the ego cartomizers have a seperate bung hole, cover, and clip that needs to be taken out/etc to fill correct? too much work. put a drip tip on a regular cartomiser and its perfect, pop it out, top off, and pop it back on.

this helped the most.....do u think atomiszers and a cart are better then cartomizers?

yes i do..and atomizer and cartridge setup will last a lot longer than the 3 weeks a cartomizer might..i had atomizer/cartridge setup that lasted me for over 4 months..only need to changed the cartridge after countless reuse and the hole(the one U punctured to begin with) becomes loose and does not clicked properly in locked-down..there are daily maintenance i do each day with the atomizer and cartridge for optimum vapping and the procedure in refilling the cartridge is a tedious process to avoiding "leakage" and poor vapor(i use 1/2 ml cartridge on LR atomizer)..cartridge need to be Q-tipped when moist built up over time when U vape and refilling using a syringe injected into the hole to fill..the cartidge when filled need to be aligned to the atomizer..if U look at the cartridge it is not round or square..but oblong..U need to get the air-track align and not covered up..the plate of the atomizer like a figure 8(12 o'clock),the air wells is should be at 3 & 9 o'clock (cartridge facing north and atomizer "clicked into place" with a click sound,if not yr cartridge and atomizer is not sitted right and will leaked)..cartomizer is so simple to use than cartridge/atomizer set up..i love diff flavors to vape on 4 diff sets ..happy vapping..regards mafig
