Joye 510 ego cartomizer question

Hello everyone. Still new to all this and had a question. I recently purchased a Joye 510 ego which is great! The question I have is, can you use any 501 catomizers with this? I was interested in trying some of the Vapor4life cartomizers but not sure if they will fit the Joye ego. If it is not compatable does anyone have any suggestions of a good place to purchase prefilled flavored cartomizers? Thank you!

The v4l is a kr808 and will not fit the ego without an adaptor. You can find the adaptor at Good Prophets.com they are about $5. There is a 510 cartomizer too, many venders sell it.
nhaler is one. You fill them yourself. There is a few juices available in the 510 carts, not too many. For the most part filling your own cartomizers is the way to go for better quality and much cheaper too.

You can get regular 510 cartomizers for your eGo that won't require an adapter. You'll have to decide if you like carto's. I haven't found one that gives me adequate vapor or flavor on my eGo, but I am still open to them because I like the idea of the convenience.

yes I like the convenience factor too. I figure I will give it a shot and see if its for me.

What I do sometimes is buy pre-filled 510 cartos in a flavor that I might like or like to try. The prefilled cartos are usualy only a buck or two more than blank ones. When I get them, if I like the taste, great, I use them. If I don't like the taste I flush them out with warm water and fill them with my own e-juice.

It is an inexpensive way to try different flavors.

I got some good priced EMPTY 510 cartos at madvapes.com - they will fit your ego. pack of 5 for $10 (not inc shipping).
I dont know if they make filled ones though.

The best liquid I've used in cartos so far was an 80pg/20vg mix. 100%pg gives nice throat hit but not enough vapor for me. And 100%VG doesn't work at all for me in cartos.
