first of all ive been vaping about 8 months. Recently started using cartos. I like vg juice. My question is.....i fill a carto with my vg juice. when I vape I vape rather heavy. It seems that the vg juice doesn't wick fast enough and my carto seems to go dry quickly (way before I would assume 20 drops should last). Has anyone noticed the same thing? Did you fix it? Our did you switch to a pg/vg mix? Or all pg? Its driving me nuts. Btw I'm using lr cartos and I know they will burn up juice faster. On a 510 hello 16 after the damn tsa took my silver bullet out of my luggage (that's another story). Thanks in advance.

VG definitely wicks slower, the simple solution is carry two PVs. I tend to like to vape faster then even PG can wick so for me this is a given.
How is carrying 2 pv's a simple solution? Wouldn't just carrying a couple extra cartos be the same thing? I'm not sure I get why you say that. I like cartos and they are small enough to carry around. What does carrying another pv do? I just had an idea. What about something like a blue foam mod in a carto? Is that doable?
I am not sure that is possible, if it was, people would have already done it.
VG is just very thick, and MOST cartos are designed for thin PG juice. Mostly Dekang. I find they work awesome with the right juice. >> NOT Dark, and NOT thick.
I don't know about anyone else but grabbing a couple of eGos and walking out the door is pretty simple to me.
If you'd prefer to change cartos, cool. I don’t want to be bothered with a charger, refilling or anything when I'm out.
anyone have any other ideas? Before cartos I would go through about 1 ml a day. Now I seem to be going through about 4. (some I know is lost overfilling and blowing out carto. But 4ml a day is a bit too much.
If you are using a 3.7 or less volt PV, you could try the LR Cartos..
I use a lot of VG too and I found the lR cartos from nHaler do well. they are lr and that means they may use more juice but the vape is clean and plentiful.
They are easy to fill using the condom from the battery end, and topping off as you go, just like the others.
Somehow these have a very very easy draw.
You may like them better and then you could fill as many as you need for the day, and also keep dripping from the top as you go.

I use Decadent Vapours ejuice and make my own using their Aqueous Glycerin and Plantinum Ice in VG. Their VG is cut at 80:20 VG:H20 and the viscosity is close to most PGs. I use it in all the cartos I have - E2's, mega eGo cartos and the Provapes LR and COV LR cartos and the 3.4Ω mega carto from Nhaler without any problem. While Ecopure can run a bit more thicker (they blend at 83:17) than the DV juice - that also works well. You didn't mention what you use but any VG blend should first be diluted with H2O (or PGA if you're looking for more throat hit) - both blends bring down the viscosity to 'regular' levels.
