Six weeks does not make you an expert. I've been vaping for over two years and I still try new cartos, mods, attys. This is the place where I come to learn about them. Use it to your advantage. You do realize that capital letters and repeated exclamation points are forms of yelling/screaming online, right?
Why anyone would continue to try and assist you is beyond me. If you are as heavy-handed with your gear as you are with friendly people trying to help, I'm absolutely convinced you broke every one of those cartos.

You are being very abrasive and rude towards those that are attempting to solve your problem and as a new member you're completely out of line. You've been asked about your filling method by several members and you refuse to answer.
You also stated in your first post:

Did you not state earlier you had been vaping for 5 yrs??? and now we find out it's 6 weeks. FACT
I also noted in another thread that you had started where someone offered help and a link. You didn't even take the time to look closely at the link that was provided. It would've sent to a site where there was a discussion regarding your problem.
The problem as I see it is you've ordered 2 different types of cartos and both are failing you. Do you not see the common denominator here? By the way you are not cleaning your cartos properly.
You've been registered here less than 1 day and so far you've:
lied about your vaping history
insulted and been abrasive towards some very nice and helpful members
had a post removed
What's next???

Tracy, thank you for the feedback...I am on this forum to learn and have fun. I am also hear to tell other consumers my experiences, and you do not have to be an expert to fill a cartomizer. The first question that someone should ask me is how did I vape the last six weeks...did I use an atomizer and drip...did I use a tank.

Yes - one dead/burnt carto is easy to believe. One person experiencing the same thing repeatedly with 2 different kinds of cartos, one of which are the most popular cartos for 510 devices - a bit harder to believe the cartos are at fault. I didn't even see how long you had been vaping.
Cartos need to be filled to their stated capacity with suitable juice and then allowed to settle (I lay a normal 1ml carto on different sides for 15-20 minutes and that is enough settling for 20% or less VG). Because I lay it on different sides, gravity brings the juice down to wet close to the coil and everywhere else (I am using thin juice that responds well to gravity). Once all of the stuffing is really wet everywhere, the juice will flow more easily through the stuffing and be able to keep the coil damp.
I will say that lately I have found the Boge stuffing to be harder to wet. I have to wait quite a while for the first 3-4 drops to wet the top of the stuffing before I continue filling.
I recommend you try the Kanger horizontal coil cartomizers for 510 - I think they are 2 ohms. The 2.6 ohm KR808D-1 version (used by Bloog and SmokelessImage) have very absorbent stuffing. The juice I use (PG w/ 10 or 20% VG) is sopped up immediately by the stuffing. The stuffing is also less tightly packed making filling easy. The coil is near the threaded end so the gravity of normal tip-down carto-up vaping position enhances the carto's ability to keep the coil area wet.
And sorry - if you said what PG/VG you are using I did not see that. Thick juices are a problems for cartos. Once accidentally at VaporBomb I bought 80VG/20PG instead of 80PG/20VG and it was extremely hard to get it to soak in at all - I had to poke and lift the stuffing. I followed it with thinner juice to get it to go in but I was very disappointed about my mistake. But the worse problem with thick juices is they can't flow quickly through the stuffing to rewet the coil area and keep a carto from singeing.

Sounds like to me senor, it would do you good to find yourself a new vendor. Boge's are generally awesome.
Also my duel core smoke tech's so far have been great too. No DOA yet for me from either brand.
Or maybe what dormouse said. You might be doing something wrong. That really is a lot of DOA for Boge's. I have to agree they are typically easy to count on for quality. Maybe you are putting in too much juice?

I'm not trying to be overly critical, but you did come off as abrasive. Like someone mentioned, 6 out of 7 reputable cartos bad out of the box is extremely odd, and given that you are a relatively new member and this is the new member's forum, and you mentioned you just got some of the Resurrectors which were new to you, people's first reaction was to help. Your reaction was to yell online.
Of course this is America. You can type whatever you want. But the tone and attitude on this forum (and particularly the new member's area) is important to many.
