Just received the Boge 2ohm cartomizers and a drip tip. What do I do to get this puppy set up. It's got this white tip at the open end. Do I remove it? I'm a newb, what do you expect?

Sure - just pop out the cap and stick the driptip in. You can use anything handy to remove the cap: a pencil, biro, paperclip end.
Some people pull the driptip off to drip into the carto, some don't bother, they just drip down through the tip. If you do that, then blow across it after, to shift any liquid stuck near the top.
Either way, angle it when dripping, so the liquid goes down the side and not into the centre of the carto.
You can get a lot in, depending on the situation - 10 drops at a time for example.

As for the drip tip: Even if you don't use it for topping off your cartomizer, you may find (as many of us do) that you prefer to vape using it ... rather than going through the hassle of popping that white cap on and off (or tail-piping). And cartomizers can get hot; this protects your mouth.
* Actually, as Website Manager, rolygate is not a "boss" in the sense of an employer or bossing us around. He does keep us members in line on occasion ... but mainly it's just my affectionate nickname for him.
