If I leave my cartomizer attached to my Prodigy and standing upright on a nightstand in a room with a ceiling fan overnight, it seems to dry up the juice. Is this just my imagination? If not, how should I store cartos overnight? I'd rather avoid the condoms...

i always use the lil condoms just to make sure they are air tight ... are they truly dry or just when u look at the polyfill do they look dry long periods of time will cause the juice to settle at the bottom not truly be dry but look dry none the less
The condoms are going to be your best option. I leave my cartos on my Chameleon and we also have a ceiling fan. I have noticed that I need to top off my cartos in the morning, but they aren't completely dried out, so I don't think it's your imagination. What kind of cartos are you using? I'm using LR XL 808s from IkenVape.
I'm using Boge 510s. They look dry on the top, take 8ish drops to not look dry, and unless topped off have a burnt taste after 2-3 drags.
I think all cartos will look dry at the top once they've been sitting overnight. It's just the juice settling towards the bottom. Still, I noticed that my cartos are a little drier when the ceiling fans are on in my house. They didn't take as many drops to top off in the winter.
I wonder if all I need to do is lay the Prodigy on it's side...I wonder if the juice is compressing into the bottom part of the carto, and the burnt taste is from the upper wire being exposed to filler. Laying it on it's side should keep all the filler around the wires nice and moist.
Defiantly agree with the others. Use a condom on your carts when not in use and also store all your other carts in a dark area. I have to usually put a couple extra drops in mine first thing in the morning to refresh them due to the liquid settling to the bottom.
If the carto is using a vertical coil that might help as long as it doesn't leak (I don't use Boge cartos, so I don't know if they leak or not.) I know that my IKV cartos won't leak because I've laid them on their sides many times, but then I need to sit them upright and give the juice time to work down to the bottom again.
My cartos are fine overnight. I use thin clear juices and I lay the carto on its side overnight. If you use juices from a maker who puts alcohol in the juice to adjust the flow thinner, yes I can imagine alcohol drying overnight
