I believe its mg/ml, so say....16mg/ml

so, figure out how many ml's are in a cart(whichever type of cart you happen to be using), multiply times liquid strength, and thats how many mg's of nic are in that cart.

Figure about 1mg nic per cigarette, and you can figure out how much liquid *should* keep you happy(compared to cig habit)

but things like absorption rate will skew these numbers a little, so its still fuzzy for me.

You are wrong i think. I recall reading that the additives in analogs enhance nicotine absorption into the body. So you may wind up vaping more than your smoking at first.

Hahaha! That is funny, I heard it was the reverse, and vaping will give you less... the additives in CIGARETTES would make you absorb it more. I wonder what the truth is!

I think that is actually what blooper was saying, but he was saying that you will puff on the VP more to compensate for the decreased nic absorption. That's what I took from it at least:D

As I understand it, if you smoke a 16mg carto until it is dry, you would have taken in 16mg which is approximately the same as smoking 16 light cigarettes (it depends on what the nic content is in the type of cig you smoke). Or do I have it wrong?
Sorry Jen, but the other fellow was correct. The Mg rating is per ML

so, if you extract one ML of say..Mboro from a couple of carts..and its 36mg, then in that 1ml, there is 36mg of nic.

now if it were the way you thought it was, that'd explain why cappuccino shrunk the world! wow!
