Cartomizers vs Atomizers?

I just ordered some cartomizers to try from esmokeclub but I am interested in users feedback on trying cartomizers vs atomizers for Joye e-go, or 510

everyone has there own oppinion, i find it best to find out for yourself some love cartos and some love attys good luck let everyone know which u perfer!-)

I have the same question, I have been using the 510 atomizers and cartridges for a month on the eGo and at least they let me add liquid when I need and re-use. I hear the cartomizers help you avoid all the refilling hassles, but maybe don't last as long.
I will probably try them as well, seems like i am spending a lot on all the accessories...

i will definitely give feedback on it. they are suppose to be disposable, the cartomizer but many people refill them & can use them a week . they might be very economical? I am not sure.
we shall find out soon mine are on the way. I truly have to cut costs so I'm trying it out
