Cartomizers?

Silly question probably..but..
Are cartomizers the same as prefilled carts? If not, then where might I buy cartomizers to fit a 510?

Cartomizers are a combo of an atomizer and a cart. I just ordered from ecigsupply.com (a five pack for 8.49), and from litecigUSA.com (a five pack for 7.95). I know that there are many other places out there for about the same price.
