Hi, I use the Kanger LR horizontal cartos on ego-c and I love them, but I seem to have to refill constantly, I'm wondering if it is my juice, I am still new to this, and my math is horrible :) Here is what I do:
I have 60mg if 50/50 Nic and my formula is

10ml nic
30ml PG
20ml VG

and once done, I think I have 10mg of nic? (if anyone would be super nice and smart, and willing to calculate the formula I should be using, I really would like 18mg with 40vg/60pg)

Then I make 10ml bottles and put 10drops of flavoring in each...That's it!
Am I doing something wrong? Could I be diluting it too much and making it to thin?
Any help/advise would be appreciated

You're doing it right. You're just vaping it up faster than you think. If you want to make 18 mg nic juice, just add 18ml of your nic juice to the 60ml you are making instead of the 10 ml. It may not be exactly 40vg/60pg, but it'll be pretty close. You need a calculator....go google e-juice calculators and download a free one. I have one on my I-Phone. Handy. You are doing fine....like I said, you just vape more than you think. But that's the beauty of DIY....it's so cheap you can vape as much as you want and still be Waaaaaay ahead ($$$) of the smoking game. Good luck.

EDIT: Maybe pick up a Vision clearomizer or two...they will hold more juice than a cartomizer, and you'll be able to see the juice. they're really pretty neat. Or....get a tank that will hold more liquid. Almost any type of clearomizer or tank will fit on your eGo battery, so you might really enjoy having something that holds a little more juice at a time.

i agree with the first paragraph, as for the second, a clearo CAN hold more than a carto, but i generally vape XL type cartos that actually hold the same amount, and in addition, there are also the eGo style mega cartos that hold 4ml of juice....more than even the larger sized vivi nova.

Thank you all for the responds, and JC Okie, thank you for simplifying the math for me lol I tried the clearomizers but they would not give me that warm throat hit that I like, the only thing so far that has given me that and not gave me a burned taste, is the LR cartos from Kanger, I'm gona try ordering an XL carto. I'm glad to know i'm doing it right though :) Thank you all for the calculate links too, I'm gona try them for my next batch
