CARTO'S FOR RIVA eGO

Still very new to all this, so a quick question. Just purchased a RiVa e go 1100 so far all is good with the 3 piece deal but I'm understanding that there is a one piece atty that you can fill rather than have a separate atty and separate cartridge for juice? so who has the better ones? and is it a better way to go?

Hi there,

I recommend you to get some cartomizers for your eGo. (You can get blank cartomizers for cheap at liberty-flights.com and others).
Then you can just refill them as needed.

You do not need to throw them away after the first usage. Some people do and I bet manufacturers love those people.
Most of us don't, though. It's cheaper to clean them and refill.

I also have a RIVA (510) and let me tell you that I do not see any difference between cartos of different brands. I presume that is because they are all manufactured in the same place. Hail China!

I really like the 510 CE2 XL cartos. They hold more than double the capacity of your current carts and have no filler to burn. I use the steel body ones due to reports on ECF of cracking and problems with the clear tube of the Clearomizers. They're the same design, tho and allow you to see your juice capacity. When I want a heavier vapor/TH I also use the 510 Boge 2ohm cartos. These have a half-life of 5-10 fills before I chuck em due to the burnt taste when the filler singes.

Any 510 cartomizer will work for your Riva, tho.

I use the Boge 2.0 cartos and have good service out of them. usually about 7 to ten days out of one but I never let it run dry.

The OP is pretty new so I feel the need to provide a little heads up. A lot of people love the CE-2s. However, a lot of other people complain about them cracking, leaking and not wicking properly. They've only been out a few months and they are up to revision 5 maybe 6 for all I know. If you want to, by all means, give them a try. Regular cartomizers are a little more tried and true at the moment though.

A lot of people like Boge 2.0 aka Boge LR
I am currently using Boge standard resistance (3.0 ohms) and they are nice too if you want a less hot hit and the 2.0's can also be used on slim 510

The best is a new cartomizer that just came out. The smoktech dual coil 1.5ohm carto which you can find if you look around.

Boge cartomizers are excellent. Nhaler.com and Ikenvape.com also have excellent cartomizers. Just make sure you buy 510's and not something else.

clearomizers are the way to go, the XL , they work great !!! Kens box mods has them in stock. Great for the Riva or ego.. The only way for me!

I haven't tried ikenvape new cartos yet, but out of all the others; I like the ego mega cartos the best. They'll hold about 2 ml of juice and it doesn't matter the vg content. There's no burning for me.

The Mega carto are great for about 3-4 days TOPS ! then start to taste funny, maybe it's me ?
